Position: Shopify CRO & Frontend Specialist
Full-time | Remote | 9-17 CET availability

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Shopify expert to help us scale our clients to the next level. At Scale Consulting, we are an ecommerce-focused agency dedicated to helping Shopify brands grow and scale. We partner with brands that want more than just pretty — they want results. What We’re Looking For:

Experience:
– Proven track record of conversion rate optimization (CRO) on Shopify stores
– Strong eye for aesthetics and brand identity (colors, typography, layout, etc.)
– Experience crafting branded frontend designs that convert

Skills & Attributes:
– Design-thinking meets data. You blend creativity with strategy
– Comfortable working in Shopify themes and frontend tools
– Able to identify unique selling points and integrate them into design
– Understanding of how aesthetics affect customer perception and behavior
– Ability to work fast without compromising quality.
– You love feedback, iterate quickly, and take full ownership
– Clear communicator both with clients and internally
– A “yes” mindset and willingness to get your hands dirty

What You’ll Do
– Audit and optimize Shopify storefronts with a focus on measurable conversion improvement
– Create and implement custom frontend solutions that align with brand goals
– Collaborate directly with clients to understand their vision, then turn that into high-performing stores
– Support migrations from platforms like WooCommerce to Shopify
– Be a core part of shaping our Shopify CRO service offering and client strategy

We’re an ambitious e-commerce agency helping over 80 Shopify brands scale fast and efficiently. Our team of three thrives on speed, ownership, and results. Most of our clients come to us with outdated, underperforming sites — we transform those into growth engines. This role will be foundational in building out our CRO service, which is quickly becoming one of the most in-demand areas of our work.

Salary:
– 2.500 – 3.500 Euros/mo depending on skills.
