Position: Paid Social & Performance Ads Specialist
Full-time | Remote | 9-17 CET availability

What We’re Looking For

Experience:
– Demonstrated success managing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) for eCommerce/Shopify brands
– Strong track record of scaling ROAS, increasing lifetime value, and lowering CPA
– Understanding of creative testing, funnel structuring, budgets, and scaling levers

Skills & Attributes:
– You blend data and creativity — numbers guide strategy, but you know what resonates
– You’re comfortable iterating fast, testing boldly, and owning results
– Client-facing: you can explain performance in plain language and build trust
– You thrive in a high-velocity environment where your decisions matter
– You are available 9-17 CET to align with teammates & clients

Team Fit:
– You take ownership – you see opportunities, fix issues, and push initiatives
– You’re communicative and collaborative, but also self-driven
– You want to be part of scaling an agency’s core capabilities, not just executing tasks

What You’ll Do:
– Own the setup, optimization, and scaling of paid social campaigns across channels
– Develop clear creative briefs (angles, hooks, formats) and lead creative test cycles
– Analyze performance data to find scaling paths and uncover leverage
– Maintain strong, proactive communication with your own client portfolio, building trust and long-term relationships.
– Plan and execute major campaign events (Black Week, promos, launches)
– Communicate performance to clients with transparency and actionable insights
– Align with teams in Google Ads, Email Marketing, and CRO to build full-funnel strategies
– Drive improvements to our internal processes, tools, and reporting
